Get your time back.
And peace of mind at tax time.
Leaving it all until tax time costs you hours. And every missing receipt is a missed deduction. OfficeHours keeps every expense organized and categorized as it happens, so tax season is a handoff to your accountant, not a scramble.
Bookkeeping is where we’re starting, not where we’re stopping.

A preview of the planned workflow using made-up amounts. Suggested categories are for review, not tax advice.
You trained to care for people.
Then came the business.
Nobody handed you a guide to the business side of practice.
For psychotherapists, counsellors, physiotherapists and other wellness practitioners, in solo or group practice.
Receipts in too many places
An inbox, a coat pocket, a photo you meant to file. Finding the record becomes a task of its own.
Expenses that need a second look
A home office bill or a workshop fee leaves you wondering what belongs in your books.
Admin squeezed between sessions
There’s rarely a clear hour to sit down and put everything in order.
The year-end catch-up
Your accountant needs the details. You’re piecing together months of small purchases.
A little order, one receipt at a time.
The workflow we’re building keeps you in the loop, with your accountant still part of the picture.
Add receipts, your way
Upload a batch all at once, or drop new ones into a synced folder. Either way, officeHours will pick them up automatically.
Get organized, automatically
Every receipt gets sorted automatically, so your books stay up to date without you lifting a finger. If something's unclear, we flag it and ask. We never guess.
Hand your accountant clean records
Export the organized spreadsheet and supporting receipts each month, so your accountant has what they need at a glance.
A calmer way to keep your books is taking shape.
Join the waitlist for occasional updates about officeHours and future pilot invitations.
Solo or group, we’d like to understand what would make the business side of your practice feel more manageable.
The pilot will be an early version of officeHours. As a thank-you to early participants, access will be free for the entire pilot.

A few things you might be wondering.
Can I use officeHours today?
Not yet. The bookkeeping tool is in development, and we’ll email the waitlist when pilot invitations open. The demo uses illustrative data to explain the planned workflow; it does not upload receipts or run AI.
What will officeHours help me track?
The first release is planned around your practice expenses and supporting receipts, with suggested categories, human review and an accountant handoff. Client scheduling, clinical records and client billing are outside this first release.
Does this replace my accountant?
No. The aim is to help you prepare clearer records for your accountant. Suggested categories won’t determine whether an expense is deductible or replace advice about your own situation.
How will receipt storage and security work?
Receipt uploads are not available on this site. When the app launches, storage, security, export and retention details will be explained inside the app before you upload any receipts. CRA generally requires records for six years from the end of the last tax year they relate to, with exceptions; using a tool does not remove your responsibilities. See CRA’s record-keeping guidance. Our privacy notice covers the waitlist data collected by this site.
What will it cost, and will the pilot be free?
As a thank-you to early participants, access will be free for the entire pilot. What happens after the pilot is still undecided. If we introduce paid plans, pricing will be confirmed before anyone is charged. Since it's a practice expense, it's generally something you can write off. Final features and applicable taxes will also be confirmed at that time. Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription.
What does “more to come” mean?
Bookkeeping is our starting point for supporting the business side of private practice. We’ll learn from practitioners before deciding what comes next. There are no promised additional features or release dates.
